Terms and Conditions
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to be able to satisfy the order. Your credit/debit will be processed by PayPal. When you send an order through our web site you will receive an automatic e-mail by return confirming that we have received your order and it is being processed. As soon as the payment is prcocessed the item will be despatched.
If you print out the order form and post or fax it to us we will process the order as received.
If we are unable to deliver the goods ordered by you we will contact you in order to discuss an alternative item or delayed delivery. You will not be charged for any goods until they are available for despatch. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING (Postal)
Shipping and handling is only for mainland UK and is free of charge.
We offer next day delivery on all items purchased but there is a minimum spend of £10.00. Below this we will charge £5.00.
All items are despatched Royal Mail Special Delivery someone will need to sign for the items. The item is guaranteed next day and is insured. Items must be purchased by 4.30p.m. in order to be delivered next day. Orders after this time will be delivered the following day.
Saturday Orders must be purchased by 11:30am in order to be delivered for monday. If orders are purchased after 11:30am the delivery will be for Tuesday.
All deliveries are guaranteed by 1:00pm the following day as long as they are purchased in time to process the order as explained above.
We currently only deliver to mainland UK. Any orders placed for outside mainland UK will be offered a full refund.
Please note if there is no one there to sign for the item we will not be held responsable for a refund as the item has already tried to be delivered once. If there is no one there Royal Mail usually leaves a card to say that a parcel has tried to be delivered but no one was there to sign. The parcel usually goes back to the nearest sorting office and will need to be collected there. We are not held responsable for this and will not issue a refund.
This is a guaranteed next day delivery service. Cut off period applies as stated above
If the goods are sent by post, claims for damage or shortages must be made, in writing, within 7 days of despatch.
Parcels received in bad condition should be signed for as "received damaged".
Claims for non-delivery of goods and shortages must be made, in writing, within 14 days from date of despatch. NO CLAIMS CAN BE CONSIDERED AFTER 21 DAYS FROM DATE OF DESPATCH.
HAND DELIVERIES/PICKUP
We offer a delivery to door service in the Port Marine/Portishead (Bristol) area. We will contact you once your order has been placed in order to arrange a convenient delivery time. If there is no one there when we try to deliver we will e-mail you and try and deliver again if not after 6:00pm. We will not be held respnsable for a refund if unable to deliver.
PICK UP
We offer a pickup service at Caldicot Post Office (Monmouthshire). We will contact you once your order has been placed in order to arrange a convenient delivery time. We will not be held responsable for a refund if no one comes to pick the balloons up.
LATEX BALLOONS
latex balloons only last a maximum of 18-24 hours so they have to be delivered/picked up for the actual day of the party.
THE PRICE AND PAYMENT
You will be charged the price currently shown on our web site at the date we receive your order. The price includes VAT where stated at the rate ruling on the date of the VAT invoice.
Your orders must be accompanied by full payment of the Invoice Price. (If required a pro-forma invoice can be supplied showing the Invoice Price.)
Payment may be made by Access, Mastercard, Visa,Switch, Solo, Cheque or Postal Orders. Cheques may take a week to clear before goods are sent.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
PayPal is used for our payment processing
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in any clear text on any web site.
DESCRIPTION
We cannot be held liable for any minor variations between the illustration and descriptions and the goods supplied.
Due to our policy of continuous improvement we reserve the right to alter the specification of the goods without notification.
Due to the continual update of our web site there may be mistakes which will be notified to you when relevant and you will have the option to cancel your order.
Substitute balloons may be used if the actual balloon is out of stock. If we cannot match the balloon for a similar colour/design we will offer a full refund.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Where goods are bought on behalf of someone else, or as a present, we will be pleased to exchange such goods within 28 days, provided they are in mint condition and the receipt is produced. This does not affect your statutory rights.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, advise us of their return and we will credit the full cost of goods provided you return the goods to us undamaged, in their original packaging within 28 days of despatch or there is a valid reason why you are returning the goods (Excluding Post and Packing)

Cre8tive Occasions do not disclose buyer’s information to 3rd parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used.
